Administrative and Financial Affairs Administration - E-Learning

The Administration and Finance Department is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, informing employees of decisions and circulars, and coordinating the preparation of plans and reports.

1. Monitoring all administrative operations within the scope of the Deanship.
2. Informing other organizational departments and employees of all administrative decisions and instructions issued by senior management and following up on their implementation.
3. Tracking employees’ attendance, departures, and leaves.
4. Coordinating with departments on the preparation of summaries to compile the Deanship’s annual report.
